Welcome to Siam Thai and Teppan-yaki restaurant

‘Siam’ is an independent family run business which opened in April 2006. This vast building overlooking the Shropshire Union Canal has been tastefully transformed and offers fine dining split between three floors. On the ground floor is Chester’s first Japanese Teppan-yaki restaurant while upstairs is our authentic Thai restaurant and bar.

  Opening hours  

We will be open all day from 12 o'clock on Monday 23rd and Tuesday 24th December with last food orders at 8.30pm on Tuesday 24th December.

 We will be closed all day on 25th and 26th December as well as 1st January 2025.

 20% discount applies for collection only. Our lunch, Early sitting and kids menus are not available for take away. 

Please order in advance to avoid disappointment at busy times (5.30pm to 8pm). 

We will continue to offer food for delivery via Deliveroo but will prioritise orders made directly with the restaurant for collection at peak times.
